I've decided every time I get hungry between meals I'm going to drink a yogurt smoothie.
I went to Brighter Day and bought some live all natural plain yogurt. Then I got some blueberries and all natural pomegranate & blueberry juice.
I've been having some digestive and female problems lately and I read live cultures found in yogurt are supposed to help with both of those things because they are caused by a weakened immune system.
It tastes like fresh crap, but I'm hoping after so much of it I'll forget how awful it is.
