Jack's Fucking Awesome Salad, Bitches

1 cup white grapes
2 nectarines, diced into bite sized pieces
3/4 cup celery
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Bibb Lettuce or Spinach

In a large mixing bowl, mix grapes, celery, nectarines, and all but about 10 blueberries.
Then, squeeze the pulp and juice out of the blueberries on top of the mixture, save skins.
Now, use a flat edged knife to chop the leftover blueberry skins. In a separate bow, mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar and add blueberry skins. Stir well. Pour the newly made dressing over the delicious medley. I prefer chilling the sweet delicacy for 10-20 minutes.
Serve over bibb lettuce or spinach.
