Backtagging: Sure thing! I never have any problems with backtagging, though if a thread goes on for a very long time, it might be best just to handwave what happened. We can always discuss this!
Threadhopping: Ask first, but most of the time I'll say yes!
Fourthwalling: I have no problem with it in action brackets, but in character isn't really something Archer will get. Feel free to try him though! He'll probably just lineface at you. Forever.
Offensive subjects: There isn't anything I can think of. If we do get into that sort of territory, I will let you know - please let me know too!

Hugging this character: Why would you want to? But sure, go for it! Archer doesn't like physical affection and will probably shove you off after a moment anyway.
Kissing this character: Assuming there's some sort of development between our characters, sure! If there isn't, feel free to... but expect to get punched.
Flirting with this character: Go for it! Hopefully you're not serious though, he's kind of horrible. Anyway, Archer will unintentionally hit on everyone so feel free to troll him with it!
Fighting with this character: Yes! Archer is a paper-pusher back home with a thing for war and guns so... he does like to fight, as long as it doesn't involve getting his hands dirty. He really won't be much of a threat... unless you've been sitting in a prison cell for the past seven years or something.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I am almost always up for this. Archer lives through having his body sliced in half in canon, so killing this guy is somehow or other nearly impossible. Removing limbs is actually fine with me - assuming he can somehow or other get them back... or get the automail installed. Magically. Yeah, I don't know. Anyway, please discuss these things with me first, but usually I'm fine with it!
Killing this character: I'd really prefer to keep Archer alive, thanks. But if he can come back to life somehow or something then sure, we can discuss it!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Talk to me first, but usually I'm okay with this. Not that he thinks about anything interesting anyway, sorry.
Warnings: If Archer gets pissed enough he will lash out at you. He can say some pretty mean things (especially if he knows what will hurt you), but IC =/= OOC! I just like playing mean douchebags. Whoops~
