Houses for Sale :)

So, I was bored and started looking at houses for sale in Florida. I was shocked to find things as cheap as $27K for 2 bedroom/1 bath. Mind you that was only 0.05 acres for a yard, so that could be way.

Then out of curiousity I decided to search in another state. I randomly chose Wisconsin. I found a house (2 bed/1 bath/9.51 acres) for $1. I am thinking that it might have the wrong price listed online, because I doubt something like that would only be $1 and still be listed as unsold. If it was really that cheap, someone would have "snatched it up" by now. Here is the link to it, to see for yourself: http://www.realtor.com/search/listingdetail.aspx?pg=1&cmid=1098820%2c1098827%2c1098828%2c1098831%2c1098834%2c1098835%2c1098849%2c1098851%2c1098857%2c1098838%2c1098840%2c1098841%2c1082699&typ=3&sid=634db87fbbdf493f849f093c532e47b4&lid=1088604383&lsn=1&srcnt=1738#Detail

I am tempted to call tomorrow to see if that is truly the price of it. Just out of curiosity. :)

Then, just for fun I decided to arrange the houses from greatest to least price. The most expensive house available on this site is $3,000,000 (3 million). It's for 5 bed/3 bath/442 acres/waterfront property. So, I guess really it isn't that large of a price for what you are getting. I can see needing 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. My question is... what in the world would someone need that much land for. Imagine how long it would take to mow it/maintain it. I'm completely dumbfounded as to why someone would buy that much land. Well, I'm back to be amazed at how much cheaper houses in WI are than in FL. And I always thought FL was one of the cheaper states to purchase a house in...I guess I stand corrected.
