What's a Harbringer of Skulls? I've heard of the rest of those, but that ones new to me. Is that like Giovanni?

Harbringers of Skulls used to be Dark Ages Cappadocians. They're the ones that sealed themselves off under ground and managed to survive until present times.

Ah, OK, I know those guys. Huh, I thought they got wiped out or were Samedi. Good for them, I suppose.

Semedi got screwed over by the Giovanni, but yeah the Caps were supposed to be gone but some sealed themselves up underground and emerged during modern times, joining the sabbat.

Now that's fun. Cappadocius, if I remember, was the vampire antidev who's bag was not fighting but trying to figure out how to get rid of Vampirism. That just means they learned the most important lesson in any World of Darkness game. "Don't be good guys or something worse than you will conk you over the head and steal your powers."
