Ahhhh...so a substantial update, maybe.
I've started on the new book, which so far has nothing to do with dreams, but has several core elements of other story ideas I've had in the past. It's starting out great, and I'm hoping that I can pull this one off. At the rate I'm going, I'm hoping to have it done in about three months, supposing that my Ritalin keeps doing its job; which I don't see it not.
In the past week I've sent out over a dozen queries to agents, so I'm hoping to hear back from them and maybe, just maybe, I'll get a reading in order. Who knows, but I'm through getting down about it. That doesn't help me at all, which everyone has told me. Rejection is a part of life, and I need to quit being a bitch and just deal with it.
Been working with this stupid cunt at work, today is day five in a row, and I think I may throw something at her tonight. Something like a client---just kidding.
Anyway, hoping in the next couple months we'll make it to Richmond.
Time to get some work done.
