Smallville
I thought I was going to love the fifth season of Smallville. It is introducing Brainac, one of Superman's more potent threats into the storyline. He was going to destroy Clark and Lex's friendship showing how they would go from friends to enemy's. It would also explain why Superman hasn't given up on him and Lex becoming friends again in the comics. The rift and the explaination for the rift was going to be interesting. Instead the people who make this show have apparently decide that it should be about Lana Lang instead. A borderline narcissist who epitomizes small town bigotry in it's nicest form. How truly uninteresting of them.
