about this mix: I spent a lot of time going back and forth on this mix. Made a couple before finally settling on this one. I've always been staunch about my need for things to flow properly in my mixes, but I as a person don't flow naturally so it was never going to. I've tried to break it down into a few segments and though it might seem long, know that the number for the original collection of songs was over 60, and over 4 hours long.
about me:I'm out of practice with this,but I've just turned 25,am Canadian and I train people on how to use outdated systems for a large company. Up until about eight months ago I was woefully unemployed and had a lot more time to put together things like this, and thoroughly enjoyed doing it.I can't pin down one specific musical genre because I love them all. I had a lot of music passed down to me from my family so my taste ranges from Elvis to Rob Zombie to DMX. Hopefully this doesn't give you whiplash.
FORMATIVE YEARS
A lot of my favourites growing up were before my time, I had Green Day and Our Lady Peace on repeat all the way through to...well I still do really. These songs just scream middle school and high school to me.
