Ridin' Along in My Automobile
I've been watching videos about the Kia K4 since I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy one, so it should come as no surprise I had a dream I just bought one without test driving it first. The videos had a max speed of 55 and the drivers said it handled well. In my dream, I couldn't even take a slight bend at 55 -- I had to slow down to 35. Not safe on a highway! It didn't help that the highway wasn't pavement, it was more like mashed-down rocks. It had a cobblestone feel to it, but looked more like a high-end farm road -- not loose gravel, but very close. Anyway, as I was driving, I had to dodge men wearing thawbs that were spitting food out of their mouths. I thought it was, like, peanut shells or something small, but when I drove over their discards, they were massive walnut shells! At some point I even went off the road. There were others off the road, too, but I think they were there on purpose. Sorry to get in your way, boys. And either before or after the drive, I was involved in some escape plan. The area reminded me of home, but it was quite different. The motel I and the others were stuck in reminded me of the chicken coop?? It doesn't make sense. This part is hazy, so I'll just say I remember being excited Dad was involved, and there was a gray-haired woman (reminds me of someone from dental at work) who suddenly hated me and I found that to be kind of funny.
