There was a restaurant where you had to walk into a little room to get to the maître d'. I went up the the maître d' stand and asked for two seats, one being a beer seat, meaning we were paying extra to be served beer. Then I realized it was breakfast and maybe Gabriel didn't want a beer. I said, "Wait, hold on," and ran (like, two steps) to the hallway to ask Gabriel what he wanted. He said no to the beer seat, so I went back and told them never mind. The girl (who looked like Rebecca Hall thanks to watching Godzilla vs. Kong last night), whose name was Compa, had already gotten our beer cup and regular cup ready. She put the beer cup back and gave us another regular one. Gabe's was filled with blue Powerade and mine with brown pop. Obviously a mixup, but we were more concerned about another worker telling Compa she was wasting too many cups. I said, mostly to myself, "No she isn't. She just used one extra and it's not even dirty. Use it!"
Then we were at a round table eating with some other people, but I don't know who they were.
I guess it was a dream within a dream, because then I was in a nice looking house - kind of modern cabin style - retelling the story to Gabriel. We were at the back of the house and there was a row of floor-to-ceiling windows covering the wall. Large squares, about three or four of them. Airplanes were landing beyond a hill and I got so excited because I hadn't realized before that we were so close to the airport. I talked a little more then got distracted again when I noticed Reunion Tour could be seen from the far right window. It was lit up red, white, and blue, and it was right at the end of a sidewalk where people were walking around it.
