funny jam recipe
so our plum tree is dropping fruit and this year is going to be the year I make something from it. the fruit is delicious, except...well, the skins are intolerably tart, and the fruits are small, very small. So, not good for eating. but how can I let all that fruit go to waste???
so I was checking out plum jam recipes and found this. as silly as it is, it does seem to contain the information I'll need to make the jam (of course I'll haul out my tattered copy of the Ball Blue book, too, just for back up).
