banished!
I was in my room (which is just off the common space - our kitchen-eating area-living room is all open floor plan) and N came up and asked me to close my door. i noticed she'd turned out all the lights. so she's in there with the lights off, listening to the Carpenter's with Jeff (he gave her a Carpenter's cd for holidays and she LOVES it, especially the Top of the World song). It's so sweet. Hopefully he's also putting her to bed, because it's past bedtime. but I'm not gonna go out there and spoil the mood!!
