God's Little Princess Devotional Bible by Sheila Walsh

This is what the publisher had to say about the Bible : Girls long to be loved and adored, and give their heart to their hero. God is that hero! The characteristics focused on in this Bible storybook will help your little girl blossom into the princess she was created to be. Virtues to create beauty such as compassion, sharing, and truth are highlighted in fun and engaging ways. The perfect format for girls to learn about their destiny as a daughter of their King. Features included are: Beauty Secrets, Bible Princesses, My Hero (Scripture promises), Take a Bow (Easy plays that are Bible-focused), I Adore You (Put girls energy to use with songs, scripture and worship), Royal Truths, Down In My Heart (Scripture Memory), Princess Charming, Worthy of Love (Ideas to show how to love her royal subjects: family, siblings, friends and those in the community).

Here is what I think : This is a beautiful Bible for little girls. I love what it looks like,  it's white hardback with a rhinestone princess crown set in the cover and pink glitter letters. The Bible text is taken from the International Children's Bible. It's well written for little girls to read themselves or to be read to. It's great for bedtime Bible time because the stories are each about 4 pages long. Along with the stories, there are plays, songs, and ideas to apply to the stories for better understanding. There are pictures from Sheila Walsh's God's Little Princess series of books and movies, to show how every little girl is God's little princess.
