(no subject)
I'm back from my hiatus to report that there is nothing much to report. There are little things here and there that are new but nothing major. We've been going to the gay bars more often. I dont know if thats a good thing. It still feels kind of foreign. On occasion we'll bump into Veronica, Lilian, Leslie, Adam and Magdalen and its nice cuz we know them and we hang out and talk and smoke. Then there are the times when we go to meet up with Shauns co-worker Rachel and her friends. I dont really know about them. I never really got a comfortable feeling around them. They didnt make things any easier this weekend when Rachels friend started making racist comments at this black guy that Rachel was talking to. Shaun and I high tailed it out of there when we heard him saying "Gorillas in the mist!" I knew a fight was about to break out. We were half way down the stairs when I saw the black guy going for a pool stick then I was like "umm maybe we should go help rachel calm whats his face down." So we went back and he was still talking shit and throwing the finger to that guy. We left a few seconds later when he calmed down a little. I was really really annoyed. I would have yelled at him but he aint my friend. I was annoyed the rest of the night. Then all Shaun wanted to do was go upstairs and sit there and look over the balcony and watch people dance. I can not tell you how boring that is. I'm sure you can imagine. I didnt pay 5 bux to sit upstairs and drink a beer and watch people have fun. So I made him go downstairs and walk around.. How the hell are we supposed to meet people if were not seen, right?
