Dear Dear,
I've been on Atkins' Diet once before, successfully lost about 10 kg (I later noticed I'd done some of it kinda wrong, but hey) and just as successfully got that and more back. Since it helped me lose weight and also calmed down my stomach and skin problems, I decided to try again, now with a little more gusto.
I started on Tuesday. I decided to do 3 weeks of induction phase this time instead of 2, since that's not a real problem for me and I'd like to get the weight loss off to a good start before adding more carbs again.
I'm going to keep a journal of what I eat, what I weigh, how I feel etc here. I might occasionally write about things such as poop people prefer not to hear about, so I'll give fair warning beforehand :D
Today's weight: 86,5 kg - my first target is to get under 80 kg during the induction phase.
Today's meals: Breakfast - smoked salmon frittata, snack - meat&cheese sticks, lunch - leftover rosemary chicken from yesterday, snack - half an avocado and some cheese, dinner - the rest of the rosemary chicken.
Been drinking water, club soda and carb-free "juices".
