I'm not sure if this is a great idea or terrible. A reality show in which representatives from four different faiths attempt to convert atheists! I think that is a reality show I would watch. It would definitely be interesting to see if/why any of the atheists do convert. Why people believe what they believe has always been something I've been interested in. I think a huge part of that is how we are raised, but since the contestants are all presumably adults, this would be interesting. Too bad this is for Turkish television!
It might be more interesting to have representatives of Christianity, Buddhism, Islam, Judaism, and atheism trying to convert agnostics. Or for different seasons, they could have different groups of people to be converted. Season 2: convert some Scientologists!
