Okay, by "hot" do you actually mean HOT or just attractive? 'Cause, for instance, I'd say someone like Sleeping Beauty is super attractive but not hot. I need to know what the question is before I can come up with an answer.

This is a valid question. Imagine all the animated characters of your acquaintance walking past you, one by one. Which is the one that makes you turn your head to watch them and say an appreciative 'DAMN' as they walk by? This is definitely a question asking about sex appeal over 'who's the most conventionally attractive?'.

I would like to qualify my response by saying that I was thirteen when I had a crush on Aladdin and, being thirteen, had a crush on basically everyone and everything ever, living, dead, animated, inanimate, whatever, all at once.
