I don't know how it is in MoCo, but in Arlington it was a county regulation that heat had to be available October 1-May 1, so if the whole building had to be either heat or air, that meant there was no AC until May. Tragic, I know, but the building management's hands were tied. :-(

Ooooooooh I want the HEAT. I want it noooooow. Although it would mean I went and played outside rather than writing my dissertation. LOL. But still. SEND YOUR HEAT (and pollen, I can live with the hay fever) TO MEEEE! b
