Chapter 1 Zhou Mi woke up to an empty bed. He opened his eyes and frowned. It had been two weeks since he had bought Kyuhyun and he hadn’t been missing from the bed when Zhou Mi finally woke up once. He would normally be too drained, even after a morning’s sleep, and a meal. For the first time Zhou Mi wished he was older so he could have that innate ability that his sire seemed to have where he was able to sense where someone was. As he climbed out of bed, padding across the cold floor naked until he was in the study. Still no Kyuhyun.
Zhou Mi frowned and grabbed his robe from the closet. He knew no one would be upset if he went wandering around the manor naked, but he had some dignity. He walked towards the kitchen, assuming that Kyuhyun had just forgotten the time and was still eating, but when he got there, and stuck his head in, there were only the humans they employed to take care of Heechul’s pets.
“Are you looking for something sir?” One of the women asked, looking up from where she was washing the dishes from the humans’ breakfast.
Zhou Mi gave the kitchen a look over again. “Kui Xian…” he trailed off at her blank look and he took a breath. “My human.”
Her eyes lit up with recognition. “He was here. But he left awhile ago. He didn’t say where he was going. He was talking with a couple others.”
Zhou Mi tilted his head to the side, trying to figure out where Kyuhyun would go. “Thanks,” he said, distracted, as he left.
He was walking back to his chambers when he spotted Kyuhyun coming out of one of the studies, holding a book and a candy bar. Zhou Mi paused, any tension he felt was fading.
“Kui Xian!” He called. Kyuhyun looked up and smiled. He didn’t look as pale as he had the night before, and he seemed happy. He waved the book he was holding and took a bite out of the candy bar. “What’s that?”
Kyuhyun looked at the candy bar, and then back at the study he had come out of. “I won it.”
“You won it?”
Kyuhyun nodded and pointed at the study as if Zhou Mi didn’t get his first clue that it involved that room. “The other humans play cards after breakfast, and today they were betting some things they had. I put down the book and won.” He shuffled around in his pocket and pulled out a pack of cigarettes, as well as a few coins. “This was also in the pot but I don’t really need them. So I’ll just keep them for the next time they have something I want.”
“If you wanted a candy bar I could have taken you into town and gotten you one.”
Kyuhyun shrugged and took another bite out of the candy bar. “It tastes better when it’s won off someone. Surprised you aren’t more upset that I was betting your book.”
Zhou Mi wrapped his arms around Kyuhyun in lieu of answering. He didn’t want to vocalize the fact that whoever won it would probably be dead within the month, maybe two, so he’d get his book back anyway. And if he needed it before Heechul and Jay killed them he’d just go and get it. Kyuhyun didn’t need to know that.
Kyuhyun smelled like human, like he always did after going to the kitchens. Zhou Mi smiled, nuzzling Kyuhyun’s neck and breathing in the scent. Next to the smell of blood it was the most comforting smell Zhou Mi knew. He couldn’t remember Liyin’s scent anymore; Heechul had been right, any lingering feelings faded with the purchase of a new human. Zhou Mi wasn’t sure he liked that.
“Are you hungry?” Kyuhyun asked, voice dropping to a whisper.
Zhou Mi blinked, and took a deep breath of the scent of his blood. “No. I should be fine.” He was hungry, and he knew he hadn’t drank enough yet, but Kyuhyun only had so much blood and Zhou Mi didn’t want to kill him.
“You’re pale.”
“I’m dead. I have the right to be pale.”
Kyuhyun didn’t laugh though. “Come back to the room with me. I have a bit more energy, so I can give you some more blood.”
Zhou Mi straightened. It had taken Liyin two months before she had gotten to this point, where she was offering blood because she thought he wasn’t getting enough. Kyuhyun had probably made the connection quicker that if he died because of lack of blood, then he would be left on his own, at the mercy of two vampires he hadn’t met yet. Still, it touched Zhou Mi and he nodded, leading Kyuhyun back to his room.
Kyuhyun always got up first, even if he was tired. He would get breakfast and then head back to Zhou Mi’s room, usually, but after the first week, people started talking to him in the kitchen. They were other humans, and though he didn’t ask, he was told, in chunks about life here. Two other vampires besides Zhou Mi lived in the manor. One was his sire, and the other was the friend of his sire. No one referred to them by name, and very few people referred to Zhou Mi by name. No one knew how long they had lived in this house, or even how old the three vampires were.
Kyuhyun couldn’t care less, but he let the people talk his ear off, because it was nice being around others, even for only a bit. They always invited him to come back with them ti their living quarters, since they didn’t all sleep with the two other vampires, not like him. They had free time if they weren’t wanted, and with so many of them, they weren’t always wanted. Kyuhyun had only seen about twenty different humans who didn’t identify as staff (because apparently staff were separate) but he had been told there were, in any given week, thirty five humans kept in the house. Thirty five people who Zhou Mi’s sire and friend fed off of.
The people were nice though, if a little twisted. Kyuhyun understood why. He’s only been here for a month and he’d already seen people disappear. New person here one evening, and then never back in the kitchen. He hadn’t asked anyone about it; he’d heard enough chatter. Vampires killed people. Fact.
“It’s just about being entertaining and pretty enough to keep them interested long enough to feel like you’ve lived a good life,” one man said.
“If you live past two months in this house you’ve lived a good life.”
“I’ve made it two years,” one girl chimed in.
“Well we all know they are going through a boy phase.” That was the cook. “Last year it was all pretty girls and breasts. This year: cocks. Don’t worry. They’ll get you soon enough.”
The girl shuddered, and went back to her food.
The door opened and they all looked up. Zhou Mi’s sire didn’t come down to the kitchens, neither did his friend, but there was a first time for everything.
A handsome, well-built man came in, supporting a smaller man. They were talking quietly and the well-built man sat the other one down in a chair gingerly. Kyuhyun could see the two large wounds in his neck from across the room, and he took a cue from the others to look away.
“That’s Siwon,” one of the others whispered to him. “He’s their new favourite pet. And that must be a new one.”
Siwon had grabbed a towel and was washing the other’s neck, turning his head to make sure he wasn’t hurt too much. He was smiling, talking to the boy, and Kyuhyun was impressed by how easy going he seemed.
“You’re lucky,” the same man whispered back. “Your first day down here wasn’t like that. Probably never will be. Yours is too kind to his pets. But for us, we all have days like that.”
Kyuhyun snorted and stood up. If he was meant to feel sorry for everyone else, it wasn’t working. Kyuhyun knew he was lucky, but he believed that if he’d been given to Zhou Mi’s sire instead, he would have done what Siwon did, and become the favourite.
“Is he okay?” He stood far enough back so if he startled Siwon he wouldn’t get hit when he flailed in surprise.
Siwon didn’t startle though, just leaned over so Kyuhyun could see the wounds. “He’ll be fine. He’s stopped bleeding. But like Jay said, Heechul won’t be allowed to play with him for a couple days.”
Kyuhyun hmmed, not knowing which one was Zhou Mi’s sire, and which was his friend. “Does he need food?”
The boy nodded. “Not invalid.”
Siwon cracked a smile and nodded. Kyuhyun turned around, getting some of the food for the boy. He ignored the looks he was getting from the few others that were still lingering in the kitchen. When he got the plate he handed it to Siwon, who put it to the side as he finished cleaning the boy’s wound.
“I’m Kyuhyun.”
Siwon nodded. “Zhou Mi’s right?” Kyuhyun nodded. “Heechul keeps talking about you. Says Zhou Mi spoils you.” He laughed, like he was trying to show he didn’t believe it. Kyuhyun didn’t know what to say so he just looked at the boy. Siwon got the hint. “This is Henry.”
“He’s new?” Kyuhyun repeated the other man’s words.
Siwon and Henry both nodded as Siwon finished dressing his wounds.
“What about your thigh?” Henry asked as Siwon stood up.
Kyuhyun looked, but couldn’t see anything because of the pants he was wearing. And Siwon wasn’t walking like he was in pain.
Siwon shrugged. “I’m okay. And you’ll be too. Eat up.” He ran his hands through Henry’s hair and headed to fix himself something to eat.
Kyuhyun looked at Henry. He looked to be about the same age as him, and he seemed relaxed, and well fed. Being relaxed pointed to him being a farmed human, like himself. Or at least, on the market long enough; freshly captured humans tended to be more skittish, and scared, but better fed, unlike himself.
“I was a gift. How about you?”
Kyuhyun blinked, and then he realized Henry was talking to him. “A gift?”
Henry nodded. “I was bought by two vampires when I was much younger - I’d been captured off the streets when I was a kid. They kept me as a worker in their estate. Heechul is friends with them, and he’d had an eye on me since I was young.” He shrugged. “They gave me to him the other day. And you?”
“A farm.”
Henry nodded. “You look well taken care of. Was it Yesung?” Kyuhyun raised his eyebrow and Henry shrugged. “I grew up around vampires. You see enough, you learn what sellers’ merchandise look like. Yesung’s are always unmarked, but he doesn’t feed them as much as he could. Leaves a lot of his merchandise skinny, but not malnourished.”
Kyuhyun hmmed again, and went quiet as Siwon sat next to him. “I need to get back to my room.” Both of them nodded. “I’ll see you around.” At that they shrugged. Kyuhyun found their morbid sense of self... cute.
Kyuhyun didn’t see Henry or Siwon again for awhile. They were never there when Kyuhyun went to the kitchens, but he wasn’t too concerned. People had different schedules, and just because he couldn’t see them, didn’t mean they weren’t still around. Kyuhyun hadn’t even seen Zhou Mi’s sire or his friend yet. But he knew they were there.
He supposed, if he was really worried, he could ask Zhou Mi. He was more than nice enough, and he seemed to have no problem bending over backwards for whatever Kyuhyun wanted. More books? Zhou Mi took him out to a bookstore. He had a craving for something that the cooks had made one night, and weren’t going to make again for a long while? Zhou Mi either had the cooks make it, or he took Kyuhyun out so he could eat it.
He’d been outside more since being bought than he had since he had been born. It didn’t matter that it was exclusively at night, and mostly in the seedy underground where Zhou Mi had to keep him on a leash just to make sure he was safe. He had freedom, a lot more than any of the others inside the manor, and it was starting to cause a bit of friction.
It started with the snide comments in the kitchen; being dubbed “the favourite” and being referred to as “the spoiled one” to anyone who was new. And it escalated to Kyuhyun being excluded from certain parlors, and not being allowed to join in the games of poker that he had been getting really good at. He could have gone and whined to Zhou Mi. He wasn’t sure if Zhou Mi would have understood, because he seemed to be enjoy being solitary, and didn’t always seem interested whenever Kyuhyun talked about the goings on in the kitchen. But he was sure Zhou Mi would have done something, whether it was just scare them or whatever.
Sometimes he thought about doing it. But then he’d stop himself, and realize he was getting too dependent on Zhou Mi. He didn’t like that.
And that’s what made him hope that Henry and Siwon hadn’t been killed yet. They wouldn’t care if he was “spoiled”. Hell Siwon seemed to be in the same position as him; he’d be sympathetic.
But, as the weeks dragged on, and more humans kept coming in, and disappearing, Kyuhyun started to doubt that he’d see them again. So he was genuinely surprised when Henry just plopped down next to him one late afternoon when he was reading a book, and waiting for Zhou Mi to wake up. He’d been promised a trip into town for his own deck of cards, and maybe a set of dominos.
Henry didn’t say anything, just sat down, and then flopped over, arms wrapping around Kyuhyun’s waist. It was actually a little unnerving because as much as he had missed people acknowledging him, he didn’t need to be clung too. But then he looked at him, saw how pale he was, and how his eyes were just pin points. Someone had been having a good time with him.
“Hi,” Henry said, drawing out the word with a lazy smile on his face.
He was long gone.
Kyuhyun wrapped his arm around Henry’s shoulder, trying to sit him up. He didn’t want to go though, and just flopped back down with extreme laziness.
“What have you been up to?” Henry asked, fingers tracing on the hemline of Kyuhyun’s pants.
Kyuhyun brushed his fingers over Henry’s neck and he felt the two small holes from a vampires bite. That’s all that was there, nothing like the huge gash he had had the first time they met.
“Living.”
Henry chuckled and buried his face in Kyuhyun’s side. “That’s good.”
Kyuhyun squeezed his shoulder, realizing how high he must be at the moment. After some feedings, he would be so lethargic that all he wanted to was lay there, boneless and wasted, and normally he did.
“Why are you not in bed?”
“I was hungry. Siwon had offered to take me down to the kitchens after they were done with him, but he was a boneless mess afterwards and so drained that Heechul didn’t want him leaving the bed.” Henry nuzzled Kyuhyun’s side and let out a yawn. “Honestly though, it’s just because blood makes him clingy.”
Kyuhyun nodded, running his hand through Henry’s hair. He wasn’t going anywhere. “Did you eat?”
He shook his head. “Nope. Saw you. Wanted to say hi. Heechul’s been keeping me and Siwon busy.” He shivered for a moment, and nuzzled closer to Kyuhyun. “Or bedridden.”
“Sounds like fun?”
Henry shrugged, and he was silent for a long moment. Kyuhyun went back to his book.
“They make us watch. When they kill people I mean. They don’t do it to us, and they only kill someone maybe once, or twice a week. But they make us watch.”
Kyuhyun stopped reading. He didn’t know what to say to that. He just stared blankly at the words on the page, words he was suddenly having to struggle through. He hoped Henry changed the topic, or else he was going to ask something asinine like, “ and how does that make you feel?”
“It’s interesting,” Henry continued. “Watching for that moment the person knows they aren’t there just for a casual drink. Makes you wonder.”
“Do you always worry you’ll be next?”
Henry shifted and yawned again. His blood may be coming back slowly, but he was getting exhausted it seemed. “No. Heechul wanted me for too long. He’ll keep me around.”
“And Siwon?”
Henry shrugged. “He has his own ways, I guess. We talk about it, some mornings. Make bets about which one will go first. Make bets about which one they’ll turn.”
Kyuhyun didn’t say anything to that. He’d never considered being turned. It wasn’t something vampires did all that often. Or at least that’s what he assumed. Making more vampires meant having to share your food supply. It wouldn’t be very economical to turn every human you took a shine to.
He yawned again. “I keep telling Siwon it’s going to be me though. Siwon argues too much, when they let him. Heechul only thinks it’s cute for a little bit, then he just gets annoyed. And Jay, he just doesn’t bother.”
Kyuhyun ran his hands through Henry’s hair again. “I’ll go get you some food.”
Henry smiled. “Yeah. You do that.”
When Kyuhyun had come back, a plate of food in his hands he’d wrangled from the cooks who didn’t believe him that he was getting it for someone else, until he had pretty much stomped his feet and threatened to tell Zhou Mi, there was a man kneeling in front of the couch. He was dressed in just a pair of pajama pants, and had a mop of dark hair. He was stroking Henry’s face. He’d fallen asleep.
Kyuhyun sighed and put the plate down, intent on grabbing his book, and leaving before he was seen. He didn’t know who this was, but he could guess it was either Jay or Heechul. The man looked up at him, and smiled faintly before going back to looking at Henry. His eyes were captivating.
“Did he eat?”
Kyuhyun blinked. His voice was deep, far deeper than he expected. “No?”
The man frowned and looked at the plate Kyuhyun had brought. “I told him to wait, but he insisted.”
Kyuhyun blinked again, not knowing what to say. He was intimidated, which didn’t make sense, because he wasn’t ever scared of Zhou Mi. Not even when he was first bought. But this man, this vampire, every time he looked at Kyuhyun, he felt a spike of cold go through him. “He. He was really out of it. I just went to grab him some food because he told me he hadn’t eaten.”
The man nodded and then stood, picking Henry up as he did. “Thanks. I’ll make sure he eats.” The man paused, tilting his head to the side. “You’re Zhou Mi’s human.” Kyuhyun was taken aback. He stuttered out an affirmative answer. “Tell Zhou Mi his mother wants to see him,” the man bared his fangs in a hint of a smile.
Kyuhyun stood there for a good moment after the man had left before he bolted from the room.
Zhou Mi woke up to Kyuhyun staring at him from the edge of the bed. He frowned and stretched. Kyuhyun was dressed so he must have come from the kitchens.
“Is something the matter?” Did someone hurt you? He didn’t say that out loud. Kyuhyun would tell him, if he thought he was in danger. Zhou Mi tried to remember if Heechul had decided it would be fun to take in any crazy humans lately, but he hadn’t been out and about to know.
“I. I don’t know. I met. I don’t know. Either your sire or... his friend. I don’t know.”
Zhou Mi sat up, rubbing his eye as he thought. Both Heechul and Jay were old, and they had a way of being hypnotizing to humans. He didn’t remember the feeling anymore, but he knew it had happened to him. Heechul would look at him, and it would make him want to do whatever Heechul wanted. Jay could look at him and it would send shivers down his spine.
“What did he look like?”
“Tall-ish. Dark hair,” Kyuhyun paused. “He said to tell you that your mother wanted to see you.”
Zhou Mi blinked, and then sighed, burying his face in his palms. “That was Jay. He was saying Heechul wants to see me.”
“Heechul’s... your mom?”
“No. Jay just. He’s just like that. He says thing like that because he can and knows if it gets back to Heechul - which it will - he’ll get a kick out of it.” He held out his arm, offering Kyuhyun to curl up next to him. “Come here,” he said softly. “I know you were probably scared.”
Kyuhyun sniffed, but crawled across the bed, under Zhou Mi’s arm. “I wasn’t scared. I didn’t think he was going to hurt me.”
Zhou Mi nodded, and rested his chin on Kyuhyun shoulder. “When vampires get old, they have this thing I guess. I don’t know how it happens: age, wisdom, seeing too much. But I remember, when I first came here, they both were frightening if they looked right at me.”
Kyuhyun slowly nodded, like he understood. “So. You aren’t that old?”
Zhou Mi laughed. “No. I’m just a kid, I guess.”
“Still living at home with mommy and daddy and everything.”
Zhou Mi looked up, sighing when he saw Heechul draped against the door, a human woman kneeling against his side. Kyuhyun tensed beside him, and Zhou Mi squeezed his shoulder, leaning down to breath in his ear. “This is Heechul.”
Heechul’s mouth broke into a wide smirk. Zhou Mi could still see that his lips were stained with blood, but at least he had had the decency to put on a robe, and partially close it with the tie at that.
“And this is your human.” Heechul was at the bedside in a flash. Zhou Mi let out a sigh and pressed his lips against Kyuhyun’s collarbone. He’d jumped, just a bit. It was enough for Heechul to see though. He kept smirking. “May I?” He reached his hand forward and Zhou Mi bit back any retort he was going to say.
He always treaded carefully when dealing with Heechul. He never knew what kind of mood he was in. It was something he learned from his sire.
He nodded instead and Heechul grabbed Kyuhyun’s chin, turning his head to the side so he could see his neck. Three clean bite marks on the whole column of his neck, and then one on his shoulder. Heechul was cataloguing each one, marking it down to report back to Jay about whether he thought Zhou Mi was eating enough, no doubt.
“You’re so possessive Mimi,” Heechul said, letting go of Kyuhyun’s chin and stepping away from the bed. “You leave your smell all over him.” Zhou Mi didn’t say anything, and just kept watching Heechul. “You did the same with Liyin.” He was almost touched that Heechul remembered her name. Heechul was still smirking when he turned around, placing his hand on the top of the woman’s head, and forcing her to stand.
Kyuhyun was looking at him curiously and Zhou Mi didn’t feel like explaining. Kyuhyun knew that vampires didn’t tend to share humans because each bite “contaminated” the blood. He was smart. He’d work it out that it contaminated it because it left the scent of someone else in the blood. Some vampires left it deeper than others. Heechul called it possessiveness. Zhou Mi thought of it as food security.
“How long has it been? She died what? A year ago? A bit more? I know you didn’t feed all that well during that time, and I know you haven’t since you bought your new thing.”
“Kui Xian.”
“Whatever. You need to feed. So I brought you something.” He gestured to the woman, who smiled shyly. Zhou Mi recognized her, vaguely. She’d been in the house for a while.
Heechul was talking in code for the sake of Zhou Mi. Humans tended to struggle if they knew they were about to be killed; better for them to think they were just being shared. Doing their duty, like this one thought. Sure sometimes Heechul wanted to feel them struggle right from the get go; he’d even let some try to run away, just so he could chase after them. It got the blood nice and warm, and filled with adrenaline.
Zhou Mi was not like that, and Heechul had enough respect for him to try and make sure that didn’t happen.
“I’m fine. But thank you.”
“You need to feed,” Heechul said again, softer.
Zhou Mi let out a sigh. He couldn’t deny Heechul anything. Maybe his power of persuasion even extended to vampires. He was old enough. “Really, I’m fine. And you definitely don’t need to pick out my food for me.”
“It’s a gift, Mimi. Mother to daughter.”
“I’m going to kill Jay for getting you on this kick again. I thought we ended this joke sixty years ago,” Zhou Mi said with a sigh, but he had taken his arm from around Kyuhyun’s shoulder, and was scooting back so the woman would have room on the bed.
Heechul smiled, and it actually seemed sincere, like he was happy. He probably was. Deep down he cared.
He pushed the girl forward and she got into the bed, climbing over Kyuhyun and laying herself out between him and Zhou Mi. He shot Heechul a look and pushed her hair to the side, exposing her neck. Kyuhyun was watching, eyes wide, as Zhou Mi leaned down. He didn’t want to look at Kyuhyun. He bared his teeth, eyes locked on the girl’s jugular. He hadn’t done this in awhile, and now that he was about to bite down, he was getting excited. He remembered the high he got from it.
She gasped as he bit down and took his first drink. Blood spilled over, slowly, and he tried to lick what he missed, but he was too busy ravaging her neck. He made the wound large; Heechul would probably laugh at how messy he was, later. She didn’t taste special, but her blood was warm, and she was willing. Zhou Mi wondered vaguely what she had done to make Heechul want her dead.
Kyuhyun was watching him, and then he snapped his head to the side. Zhou Mi felt the moment she realized what he was doing. Her heart sped up and she started to struggle. Her nails were sharp, and they bit the skin of his bicep as she tried to claw at him. He just kept sucking on her neck, drinking her blood, even when she started to hit him, feeble attempts as she started to die.
Zhou Mi grabbed hold of her shoulders and slammed her back into the mattress. She was weak, and there was almost no blood left. Even if he had stopped now, she wouldn’t live through the night. He was doing her a kindness by just finishing her off.
Heechul wasn’t making a sound as he watched Zhou Mi hold her down as she got one last burst of energy and tried to push against him. Zhou Mi pinned her down, breaking contact with her neck for just a moment to make sure he had the best grip on her. He was breathing so hard, and his eyes had lost so much focus in the blood lust that he barely noticed the second pair of hands joining his in holding her down. All he knew was that she had stopped struggling, was being forced to stop struggling.
He bit her again, opening a fresh wound that really didn’t do much. She had almost no blood left, and he was just finishing the job of draining her. The last drop of blood always tasted the best. At that point they couldn’t even scream anymore, and were just limp and dead. It was the best rush, knowing you had taken that from them.
He took his mouth away slowly. He still couldn’t see properly yet. Her blood was rushing inside him, filling him up like he hadn’t been in a long while. It wasn’t Kyuhyun’s blood, but it would do.
He was full.
He rolled over, off the dead body and just stared at his ceiling, watching the world come back into focus so much brighter. He felt the bed dip, and then heard something hit the floor with a dull thump. He didn’t turn his head, too blissed out, but it was probably Heechul tossing the body off the bed; he never liked them lingering for too long.
Zhou Mi blinked, and then Heechul was right above him, smirking faintly.
“Full? Or do I need to get you another?”
Zhou Mi let out a contented moan and arched, stretching. “I’m okay.”
Heechul seemed to examine him for a moment, making sure he wasn’t lying. “You never were a glutton,” Heechul said softly, pressing a kiss to his lips, and licking away some of the blood that had spilled out of his mouth. “Please stop doing this. You always have done it, for whatever reason. I know you like your one human, and don’t want to kill them, but Jay and I have plenty spares.”
Zhou Mi closed his eyes and reached up for another kiss. Heechul always kissed so well. “You don’t like sharing.”
Heechul snorted, and petted his hair. “No. But I like seeing you weak even less.”
“You’re just a big softie on the inside, who loves his children.”
Heechul bared his fangs, gripping Zhou Mi’s hair. He didn’t care though, still high on the death. Heechul seemed to realize that he didn’t care, because he made a soft sound in the back of his throat before reaching his hand in between their bodies and giving Zhou Mi’s cock a few fast strokes.
Zhou Mi arched. He hadn’t even realized he was hard. He whimpered as Heechul pulled his hand away, and then got off the bed. He wanted to follow him, but his body felt too heavy, so he just laid there, and whimpered some more.
“Don’t whine. Your human will take care of you.”
Zhou Mi didn’t turn his head to see if Heechul pushed Kyuhyun towards him, or if Kyuhyun filled up the empty space Heechul had left on his own. He didn’t truly care because there were hands, nice, warm hands, stroking his face and down his chest, and being over all very tender towards him. Zhou Mi let out another moan, and tilted his head to the side, reaching his arm up so he could kiss whoever was touching him. He moaned again because it tasted like Kyuhyun.
Kyuhyun. He liked Kyuhyun. He really wished that he was full of Kyuhyun instead of the random girl. He broke the kiss and turned Kyuhyun’s head, nuzzling his neck.
“I won’t bite. Full, for now.”
Kyuhyun’s heart still picked up and Zhou Mi smiled, licking along the bite mark he had been feeding from earlier. Heechul was right, Kyuhyun did smell like him.
“I want you,” Zhou Mi muttered.
Kyuhyun shivered, but he didn’t pull away. He let Zhou Mi continue to nuzzle and lick his neck. He even reached his hand down, wrapping his fingers around the base of Zhou Mi’s erection. He gasped, arched his hips at the touch.
“Want you,” he muttered again. “In me.”
Kyuhyun froze, just for a moment and Zhou Mi couldn’t stop himself from pausing too. His mouth had said something he didn’t want it to, but there was no taking it back. Maybe Kyuhyun would want to leave now. Maybe he wouldn’t be so willing now. Maybe Zhou Mi would have to get rid of him. No. He would force him to stay. And if Kyuhyun fought, he’d kill him.
Kyuhyun pulled his hand away from Zhou Mi’s cock and slowly reached his finger towards his face. He wiped away the blood that had started to dry on the corner of Zhou Mi’s mouth.
“Okay.”
Zhou Mi blinked. He didn’t know what to say. He hadn’t expected Kyuhyun to agree! He opened his mouth, fangs still showing, and then he clamped his mouth shut. He was full. He wasn’t going to drink from Kyuhyun. Even if he asked him to. He was enjoying him too much to just drain him like that.
If he was going to kill him, it was going to be on an empty stomach. And he was going to revel in every drop.
Kyuhyun pulled away from him and Zhou Mi watched him. He didn’t know what Kyuhyun was doing. He sure wasn’t getting ready for Zhou Mi to feed from him.
He had grabbed the lubricant.
Zhou Mi swallowed. He was relieved. Kyuhyun had misunderstood, and that was okay.
Kyuhyun looked at him from under his bangs, and he seemed unsure. Zhou Mi arched his hips though, not wanting to hear Kyuhyun ask him if it was okay. He didn’t trust himself not to answer with something stupid.
He nodded, and slowly put the lubricant on his fingers. They hadn’t done this before, and so Zhou Mi knew that meant Kyuhyun hadn’t done it before. He’d help him through it, if he could remember to speak.
Kyuhyun got in-between his legs, nudging them wider apart so he could be comfortable kneeling between them, and Zhou Mi just watched him. He was moving slowly, probably waiting for Zhou Mi to change his mind. He knew his pupils were still blown out, but he wasn’t going to stop Kyuhyun.
Everything felt brighter, and sharper. Even if he couldn’t drink from Kyuhyun, he was going to enjoy what Kyuhyun really felt like.
His finger was warm as it pushed inside him. Zhou Mi had never realized before. He’d always known they weren’t the same temperature but he’d never had patience, the want, to just lay here and feel the difference. But now, he couldn’t do anything else. Kyuhyun rested his other hand on his hip, steadying himself while he moved his finger in and out of Zhou Mi’s body. He was so warm, and Zhou Mi shifted, arching his hip and meeting Kyuhyun’s finger.
“More,” he mumbled, closing his eyes, and then deciding he really didn’t want to. He could see and he wanted to make sure he saw everything.
Kyuhyun obliged him, adding a second finger just a gently as he had added the first. He scissored them after a moment, and Zhou Mi let out a sound. It had been awhile since he had had someone inside him. He could get used to it though, he thought as he pulled his leg up, changing the angle of Kyuhyun’s fingers.
“More?” Kyuhyun asked. He was panting, watching his fingers move in and out of Zhou Mi’s body.
Zhou Mi wasn’t going to demand he look away. He understood the sight was a good one. “Please,” he gasped and closed his eyes again as Kyuhyun’s curled his fingers.
Definitely could get used to this.
Three fingers were good. He knew four would be even better, but he wanted Kyuhyun inside him, hips pressed flush against him. This was good, but it wasn’t perfect.
He gasped as Kyuhyun pulled his fingers out, and he felt empty. He wiggled his hips, whimpering and whining while Kyuhyun grabbed the bottle of lubricant and put some on his cock. He wanted Kyuhyun back inside him.
Kyuhyun let out a laugh. He could probably tell how impatient Zhou Mi was getting, but he still kept going slow. He slowly leaned over Zhou Mi’s body. He slowly leaned down. He slowly kissed him, cupping his cheek with one hand, the other pulling his hips just a bit so that was his cock was pressing against Zhou Mi’s opening. He pressed in, and the blunt force felt good. Zhou Mi gasped into his mouth, reaching up to wrap his hands around Kyuhyun’s neck.
He wanted to bite on his tongue, bite his lips, and cause him to bleed just a little, but no. That wouldn’t help. That wouldn’t make it any clearer, wouldn’t make him hear Kyuhyun’s breathing any better, wouldn’t make him feel Kyuhyun’s cock entering him, and stinging as it stretched him, any more than he already did.
Zhou Mi gasped and broke the kiss. He let out a curse as he felt Kyuhyun settle inside him. He pushed up, just to make sure Kyuhyun was all the way inside, and they waited a moment. Two moments. Kyuhyun pulled out, slow.
He seemed to realize Zhou Mi could feel everything. That he was enjoying everything.
Kyuhyun pushed back inside him and Zhou Mi let out a moan. One of his legs wrapped around Kyuhyun’s hips, and Kyuhyun grabbed hold of it, keeping it there. He moaned in Zhou Mi’s ear. It was a deep, throaty sound, and he kept making them every time he thrust inside Zhou Mi.
They were both panting, gasping and cursing. They started quiet, and Zhou Mi could hear the slap of their bodies hitting one another better than he could hear what they were both saying. It echoed obscenely in the room.
Kyuhyun hid his face in Zhou Mi’s shoulder, lips pressed to his shoulder. Zhou Mi felt Kyuhyun’s whole body tighten as his hips slammed into him over and over.
He stilled and Zhou Mi let out a cry, clawing at his back and he couldn’t help it. He bit down, marking Kyuhyun’s shoulder again.
Kyuhyun whimpered.
His blood tasted so good during orgasm.
Kyuhyun rolled off of him after a moment. Zhou Mi rolled with him, lying on his side. He wasn’t coming down from his high. He was still full, but he kept licking at the bite mark, making sure he got all the blood that was spilling out.
No need to waste any of it.
Kyuhyun rubbed his back, still breathing heavily. Zhou Mi smiled, taking a deep breath to calm himself, remind himself that there was no reason to be panting. He licked the last of the blood up and then he tilted his head, looking at Kyuhyun with a lazy smile.
Kyuhyun returned the smile and leaned down, kissing him, tasting his own blood.
