Dad
I haven't posted in ages, and it is with a heavy heart I do post at all. My dad has been diagnosed with a malignant tumour in his kidney and whereas they originally thought they could just take out a slice with the bad bit in it, this is no longer possible, and they will have to remove the whole kidney. I have looked into becoming a living donor, and donating my kidney to him but I know he would never accept such a thing. Its so sad, because my dad and I used to be at loggerheads when I was growing up, now I adore him and feel very much a "daddy's girl".
What I wouldn't do to have you well again. You amd your silly jokes that you make a million times and the funny catchphrases that we both know and the cholesterol anarchy that rules whenever mum goes to Glasgw overnight and leaves me in charge. I clearly didn't do that well by you but we had and will continue to have a laugh.
