I miss my friends. I miss LJ. I miss the times where I used to actually connect with people instead of just skirting around the truth all the time. I miss who I was when I spent most of my time here. I miss falling in love (affectionately, not IN love in love) with people who I had never met in real life because their personalities were so vibrant

I completely get the sentiment. It's weird to be so uninvolved. I'm fairly active on tumblr but it isn't the same, because people will follow you but other than reblog from you, they don't interact with you. In the heyday of LJ, you could make the shittiest post and you had friends replying and talking to you, connecting and shit.

Yeah, I think the reason I haven't gotten into Tumblr so much is because of that. Like, if I'm gonna join that kind of site and be active, I want to actually TALK to people. I think that's why I've fallen into the pit that is MMOs. So many people to talk to and connect with and all you have to do is join a guild.

The few people I talk to on tumblr are people I know IRL or have been friends with for years. I just stick to my little corner, making gifs, and sometimes getting random anons.

Tumblr seems.... weird. I've been thinking of using mine more, but mostly just to follow Sims4 CC creators.

They're so much fun though :D Especially ones where you're not forced into PVP, like Blade and Soul, which is my main love haha.

Haha yeah I can understand that. I do like to play on my own sometimes as well, but in my opinion, MMOs are really really nice because there's so much content and it's constantly being updated so there's never really an end game. There's so much to do, and you don't have to spend $50-60 for a quality game. The ones I play are all free. XD

The laptop I use can't handle games ;w; ONE DAY I AM GONNA GET A KILLER SET UP GOING.

I played WoW for a second and I fucking hated it and every other MMO since. The only one I was vaguely into was Knight of The Old Republic but once I broke up with boyfriend who got me into it, I was well over it. Give me Skyrim everyday of my life until I die.

Yeah I understand that. My lappy could barely handle The Sims 4. Like, I had to make sure I restarted my computer and didn't play anything else before opening Sims, because it would black screen and do nothing. And I had to open Origin first, let that sit for a while, then load the Sims after a good 5 minutes. So much effort but it was worth it. Now I have a new comp (friends and family got together to get me one for my birthday) so I'm playing on decent graphics settings and it makes all the difference omg. /endramble

I've never played WoW and never want to, because I refuse to pay for an MMO. Never heard of Knight of the Old Republic though. Skyrim is so good <3 I really should go back and actually play that...

KOTR is Star Wars game :D Skyrim is amazing ;w; I can't wait for the remaster to be out.

Never played The Division, but it's worth it for the Sims. Especially if you use CC, because the rendering on my old lappy couldn't handle it ;~;

Ah thats why I've never heard of it. I still have only seen the first movie unfortunately. And yeah I'm really excited for the Skyrim remaster and the remaster of my beloved and underrated Final Fantasy XII. All the FF games after that one have been basically crap except the mobile games.

Oh I know ♥ FFX will always be my favorite. I have the remastered version and have played through the game like 7 times since I first discovered it. But FFXII is so underrated and amazing, so I can't help but be super excited for it. FINALLY I WILL GET TROPHIES FOR GETTING ALL THE DAMN ESPERS
