lacking in yin
Shaman Death Remember the sacred spiral. At the center is the formless unknowable. The center represents your shaman death where you finally let go of the lodges of the mind and ego and our relative sense of time. what a beautiful day. i spent the whole morning outside reading. healing with whole foods is the best book ever. i think i am going to start eating organic goat milk products again. not just cause of the book but alot of things. i think i will start eating them a few times a month. just cheese or yogurt.i know i am lacking in yin, i have an adrenal insufficiency, i hate the cold, i'm hypoglycemic, insomniac, blah blah blah blah blah and i don't even weigh 100lbs. :/

this computer is weird . . all high security and stuff. ours is still busted. woo woo.
i made the best oatmeal today . . i think i am just the best oatmeal maker ever. maybe not ever but in my time. heh

man, people are so dumb. i appreciate all of them, but i feel like they just don't get it. they want to be free but they don't want others to be free. they want to be happy but they are so mislead that they bring others down to try to satisfy themselves.
i think there is good and there is bad. . . . i don't know if there is an in between
positive actions and negative actions. all people have done good and bad but way more of one or the other. or once again just don't get it. original sin . . heh nevermind.
i am very very lucky to have such positive good people around me and very few negative mislead people. thank you thank you thank you.
