So, apparently I love the weird crossovers and crossover 'ships. Liz Parker from Roswell and Edward Cullen from Twilight? Sounds good to me! Also, as an added bonus, there is Alex from Roswell with Tanya, the vampire in Denali who liked Edward as a couple. My mind is bizarre, but enjoy the stories. I may continue this if my Muses cooperate.

A series of one shots describing the relationship between Edward Cullen and Liz Parker.
Sunset
Bella Black felt her breath catch in her throat. It had been so many years since she'd last seen Edward...since she chose the Sun and life. The grey at her temples mocked her, calling a sharp contrast to the vampires and their unearthly beauty.
They were all there-Alice and Jasper, sweet Esme, Carlisle, laughing Emmett, Rosalie...and him. But from behind Edward, another form stepped forward and Jacob growled instinctively in hatred.
Bella's mind whirled for it looked as if she was seeing a ghost. And she was, in a way. The ghost of the choice she could have made, come back now to haunt her.
The young woman who stood in Edward's embrace was a little taller than Bella, with thick long chocolate brown hair and brilliant topaz eyes. A scar over her eyebrow made the human wonder who she had been before she'd met Edward, before her heart stopped and the vampiric kiss of death turned her into a perfect alabaster statue. It made her shudder, for this all too beautiful woman was like her dark twin; a hidden reminder of the life she could've had if she hadn't chosen the Sun.
Carlisle saw Bella's gaze and extended a hand, subtly nudging Jasper to keep things under control.
"This is Elizabeth Cullen."
The new-made vampire stepped forward, all grace and beauty. "Hi, Isabella."
"Call me Bella."
"Only if you call me Liz. Elizabeth is far too old-fashioned." This said with a smirk towards Edward, who playfully nudged her ribs.
Their teasing exchange didn't escape Bella's eyes as she led them to neutral ground, where her husband and the rest of the pack waited with their wives. As they walked, the human woman wondered where Edward had met Liz, and if they were happy. She noticed the wedding band-Elizabeth Masen's ring mocked her, reminding her of a time when she once wore it.
Liz, in turn, watched Bella like a hawk. Through her connection with her mate, she knew all about what had happened ten years ago. Although she knew the human was no threat, having picked the werewolf over Edward, she still wasn't happy about having to come back and protect her from the Volturi. It reminded her too much of Max and Tess. She wanted to snarl, but held it back and cursed Alex for being lucky enough to stay with Tanya.
The Cullens stiffened as they approached the werewolves, and vice versa. A forced alliance could not reduce the fact that they were natural enemies, and always would be.
"I see you infected someone else." Paul muttured.
Edward tensed foward into a crouch beside his mate, who pulled her lips off of her teeth and gave a low growl. Carlisle held up a hand as Jacob stared Paul down, reminding him who was the Alpha.
"Peace, all of you. We are here to work together, to keep the peace. The Volturi will be here in a few hours."
"As much as I hate to admit it, but you are right. What's the plan?" Jacob's grip around Bella's waist was like iron.
"I'm going to mindwarp them into thinking they've killed Bella." Liz spoke up.
"Mindwarp?" Sam asked incredulously.
The youngest vampire sighed. "Making people see things that aren't really there."
"Huh. Interesting." Jacob remarked, clearly not thrilled.
Time passed in the little clearing, with the Cullens on one side and the pack on the other. Bella watched Liz and Edward with some fascination and a little bit of jealousy, although she didn't regret choosing Jacob. She could tell that Edward respected Liz and wasn't as overprotective as he had been towards her. They moved as one, but they were truly equals.
Jacob held his wife in his arms, not liking the fact that they had to call in the Cullens. He liked it even less when Liz loped over, catlike in her ethereal beauty.
"Let's rock and roll. Give me your hand, Bella."
Tentively, warm skin met cold marble as the forest burst into life. She gasped involuntarily as the Volturi warriors flitted through the trees, fighting with something that was clearly not there. Time slowed to halt, and she didn't think Liz was breathing.
However, the youngest vampire merely held her hand, eyes closed and concentrating. The rest of the Cullens surrounded them, on edge, just as the werewolves exploded into their wolf forms.
As Jane and the others disappeared back into the darkness, Liz broke off the contact and gave a mischevious smile, white teeth flashing dangerously in the dim light.
"Problem solved."
The wolves growled and the red-brown wolf stepped forward and dipped his head in thanks.
The Cullens surrounded Liz.
"Take care of yourself." The dark-haired vampire smiled at Bella, Emily, the other wives and the wolves.
The human woman smiled back, if a bit wanly as she watched Edward take Liz's hand and the vampires drifted off into the forest, back into myth and memory.
As the wolves phased back into human form and Jacob kissed her to remind them both that they were still together, Bella found herself wondering why Liz had chosen immortality. The part of her heart that still loved Edward was irrationally angry that Liz Cullen had gotten the life she had wanted at eighteen.
Then she felt guilty and proceeded to kiss Jacob back, warming herself with the sun and praying that it would burn away the mists of memory for good.
Ten Thousand Roses
On the way back to New Hampshire, Edward was brooding and his wife couldn't help but be worried. She thought she lost the fear of losing Edward years ago. It made the younger vampire want to turn around and blast Isabella Swan to smitherneens. Liz was thankful that she was a vampire now, otherwise the green energy that was the personification of her powers would be showing up on her hands.
Trying to tame her own emotions, she turned towards her husband.
"Do you regret going to Forks?"
Edward turned, confused. "No, it was easier than I thought it would be. If Bella had not chosen Jacob Black, we would have never met. And that, my love, would have been a tragedy. I have no regrets. Absolutely none."
Their ice-cold hands entwined and the connection flared up between them.Their souls merged and became one whole being, each breath in sync. Their hearts no longer beat, but it didn't matter. They were one.
Edward saw Liz's repressed jealousy of Bella, despite the knowledge that he was her husband. He also felt compassion towards the human woman as well and empathy for the situation. It was all too much like the last confrontation with Max, Tess and the rest of the "I Know An Alien" club.
Liz Parker, now Liz Cullen faced her friends. Alex Whitman hung back,
"I can't believe you're doing this." Maria muttured. "I'm never going to see you or Alex again."
The brunette blinked back tears. "We'll always be your friends, 'Ria."
"Not when you two are going to become shiny, immortal vampires."
Kyle, Ava, Michael and Jim snorted with laughter. Alex and Liz hugged their friend.
"Even when we're vampires, we'll always be best friends. I promise. Time can't change that."
Maria gave a shaky smile. "You're not going to be human anymore. I'm going to change, grow old and die. You won't. Our friendship may survive, but we'll never be like this" here she gestured to the group "-anymore."
There was nothing that Liz or Alex could say, for they knew Maria was right. They hugged her again and stepped back, looking over at the rest of the group. Isabel refused to meet their eyes, moving closer to her brother and Tess.
Kyle, Ava and Jim were next.
"Take care of yourselves. Try not to go on bloodthirsty killing spree." Kyle teased as his girlfriend and his father whacked his arms.
"Take care of yourself, cornball. Eddie's good for ya." Ava was, as usual, to the point.
Michael gave Alex a manly clasp on the shoulder.
"Take care of my girl." The dark-haired boy teased, nodding at Maria.
Max met Liz's eyes as Tess wrapped her arms around him possesively. He gave a brief nod, glancing down at the wedding band on her finger. It had been Elizabeth Masen's, and now it graced the finger of Edward's mate. Liz remembered the pain of watching Future Max disappear, and hardened her heart against the man she had once loved enough to save the world for. She gave a small smile as she and Alex left, getting ready to drive back to where their new family was staying.
* * *
"Are you sure?" Edward's topaz eyes were soft with concern and apprehension.
Liz sighed.
"We're married, Edward. I've made my choice-I'd rather spend eternity with you than be with Max. He has his destiny with Tess, and my destiny is with you. I should think that this proves it." She pointed to her gold wedding band. Elizabeth Masen's wedding band fitted her perfectly, as if it was made for her. On Bella, it had looked slightly flashy, almost gaudy. On Liz, however, it shone like a small star that had made its home on her hand.
Edward gave her his half-smile.
"I know my darling, I know. But I can't help but feel that one day you will regret this choice. What if Max rejects his destiny? I saw your memories, Liz. He was...he was your soulmate."
The brunette traced his lips with a delicate finger, a soft green glow illuminating his angel's face.
"You can have more than one soulmate. Don't you know that by now?"
They kissed, and Edward murmured against her soft jasmine-scented skin.
"You're mine, for all eternity.I won't let anything come between us. I promise you that, Elizabeth."
Venom coated daggers embraced the pulsing veins of her neck, and her blood burned with death in the silent moonlight.
The connection broke, but husband and wife felt more in tune than ever before.
"No regrets?" Topaz met topaz.
"You own my heart, forever. I will never want another." Edward kissed Liz.
"That's all I want to hear." Liz gave a brilliant smile as they left Forks, and their respective pasts, in the darkness of their memory.
