Very long Time

Wow. I didn't realize that it's been such a long time since I updated. I've been kind of busy with life, it's gotten a little better too. I am able to stand my mom again, since there aren't alot of things she can get on my case about. When report cards came out, she didn't freak out about anything, so I'm thankful for that. I've had alot of fun hanging with some friends. So far, I've seen Ericka, Harold, Kristen, Karyn, Cassie, Lyssa, Derek, and Tyler. I haven't seen many others, but hopefully at my get together I can see more. I am very excited about the rest of my summer, because I'm able to get around more and see everyone more often. I heard the other day about Mr. G quitting the band and that has everyone in an uproar. There was a "conflict of interests" which made him quit so suddenly. It hurts, because we've had 3 directors in the past 4/5 years. We have been let down so many times, that most of the upper classmen are used to have directors leaving us, and we build up our hopes again just to get them slashed. We are going to the Sugar Bowl this year (if we are still allowed), and we need someone who knows what they are doing and that will get us to competitions. Oh well. We can pull through, I know that all of us on the leadership team will come together to get the band through this again. I know everyone is pissed, so we all need to come together instead of just blow up. But I'm not going to worry about it now. We still have alot left in summer, and I want to have fun while we can. Leadership is meeting in early July, so we are most likely going to talk about this too.

I hope that everyone's summer is going as nice as mine is. I've gone out with friends, had sleep overs and fun going out with my boyfriend. Like I mentioned there will be a huge get together and I would like everyone to come if they can. Just message me, call me or whatever and I'll tell you what's going on. I'm ready to have a fun time!!
