More Advocate Fun
Also in this week's Valley Advocate is a really nice story by my editor. It's called Wind, Power and Wilderness and it is about the proposed wind farm on Crum Hill in Florida, Mass. I remember Florida from passing through it on Route 2 many times, going back and forth from Troy, N.Y., where brother Thirdly went to college. There were a couple of signs by the road that said "Welcome to Florida." I think Thirdly and I took pictures of ourselves next to one of those signs, in winter when the landscape was all white with snow.
There is also the latest in a series of letters (Miller Again, Miller, Malthus and More, and Miller Time) to the editor on my Smith's Young Republican story. It's probably the most response to any of the stories I've written for the Valley Advocate in my time there.
