On more than one front, in fact:
My mom and I have been kicking around the idea of going to New York to catch a couple of shows. Turns out a small little airline at our small little airport flies two nonstops a day to and from Laguardia. And they were having a sale. We've got four (possibly five) people committed to going and tonight we booked the flight!
I'm going to NYC!! To Broadway! To see Wicked!!! (oh yeah, and Mary Poppins too - lol)
In even more exciting news, my sister is going for a c-section on Tuesday morning, so in six days I'll be an aunt. Please, everyone keep her in your prayers. While this is a fairly standard (and even joyous) surgery, it's still surgery.
On a not-so-hot note, my brother has mono... :-/
Still, with so much to look forward to, and a payroll that's leaps and bounds more ready to go than the last one was at this point two weeks ago, I am in a wonderful mood tonight and I'm going to bed early so that I can wake up before the crack of dawn, get started early on my expense reimbursements, and make sure that the payroll continues to go more-or-less hitchless, thereby continuing my good mood.
