Star Trek (reboot) and other sundries
I love how much my mom loves this movie. I honestly think she likes it more than I do, and I like it a lot.
She has the most hilarious crush on Spock. As in, I sometimes want to do an identity check to make sure she's my mom. Apparently, she could "look at those dark eyes all day" I told her I also have all of S1 of Heroes (the only season of Heroes, thank you), but she's not interested in seeing Zach Quinto as a psychopathic killer. I find this understandable. ;-)
I think I am almost definitely calling off work tomorrow. Between the weather and the state of the roads, the fact that I'm pretty much caught up for close at this point, and the fact that I'm not feeling quite right, it seems a justifiable combination. So begins February.
In such an event I will certainly be doing some writing. And also, since I promised Laura, begin reading through Book 3 for a probable character cut. (Don't freak out, Kate, not anybody you care about even a little bit).
