Ooh, I love Cedar Point! Though sadly I almost never get to go there because I hardly know anyone who likes roller coasters. I can usually get my dad to ride them with me, but most of the time he's only good for a few rides before he starts getting a headache.
You totally have my admiration for braving the Top Thrill Dragster! I love roller coasters, but I draw the line at that one. :p The last time I was at CP I just stood and watched it for a few minutes, and a couple of the coasters didn't have enough juice to make it over the curve, and went falling down backwards. Just watching that was enough to make me feel lightheaded!
Ouch. Having wide feet myself, I can totally sympathize-- it's amazing what havoc just slightly-too-narrow or somewhat-chafe-prone shoes can wreak on your feet!
And I had to laugh at your comment about not being 20 anymore...several years ago (I think I was maybe around 23 at the time, I know I was in grad school), some college friends and I decided to go to Six Flags for one of the late-season open weekends. The majority of the group was guys, so we rode every single coaster in the park that day, except for maybe the tiny little kids one. And I was totally motion sick at the end. I'm not entirely convinced I didn't briefly pass out on the last coaster, and I could barely eat when we stopped for dinner because I felt that bad!

It sounds like it was a fun day, though.
