"The Toothache"
Yeah, a few weeks back I had a run in with a mean toothache. It ranged from mild to painful. Fortunately a bottle of listerine and naproxen was all I needed. At first, I thought my wisdom tooth would have had to be removed. I made it this far, and I don't want to start now >_>
"The Party"
Last week friday, my friend called me up and told me of two parties going on. One was with his friend and the other was an "art" party with Amelia. The first one we decided to check out was a bit out of place and weird. Not only did the people seem incredibly ritzy, but they all seemed bored and uninterested. There was music blasting, tons of people in the room, but no one was dancing. What I found amusing was that there was a swimming pool located right in the center of the place. In this cold weather, who in their right mind wants to go swimming!? Hilarity. In anycase We headed for the other party. We get there and there was a mob of people just standing outside of the makeshift gallery. Somewere sloshed, some just hanging out and having fun. Inside was a medium sized narrow room. There were art pieces and pictures all around. (It had a graffiti feel to it actually). This party was much better. It was a fun night. I have a few drinks and met two people. This dude named grey, who happened to backpack across europe with 400$ in his pocket. He stayed there for a year. How amazing is that? He's also in a local band called "lower 48" He gave me a few pins. We discussed austrailia with him and he encouraged both of us to go. Not only to go, but to stay there for two months =o. The other person I met was a girl. All three of us were standing in line to take a piss, and she looked like she was bout to fucking explode. So i let her jump in head of me and she was super extatic about it. She was all like "I love you!" I started laughing a bit and said "so thats the secret of love. Letting a girl ahead of you in the bathroom line" She laughed and introduced herself to me. We shot the shit for a few and we exchanged e-mail addys. (the wave of the fucking future!) She's supposed to have something going on for the 4th of november, so i'll probably be going there. I also met Dave, (amelia's boyfriend) who my friend wanted me to work for. Boy I am glad i didn't take that up. Dave seems like the type of person that could be fucked if everyone died around him. Now I could be wrong, but he just seemed so uninteresting as if he didn't care about anyone or anything. We werent formerly introduced..Probably beacause he was either drunk or whathave you. Hah but I don't think He cared whether i was there or not. After all that mess. I crashed at my friend's house. Note: The current music Selection for this entry sucks, but I enjoy it now beacause thats what was playing when I was at my friend's house pretty buzzed. It makes me laugh. I had to get it!
" Fuck Committment"
People aggrivate me when it comes to that area. If you know that you're the type of person who cannot do certain things, stop fooling yourself and others. Seriously, what is it with people and this part of life? If It were me, I wouldn't have started something I damn well couldn't finish. In that same note, It seems that I have a tendancy to piss a certain person off constantly. In this stage in the game though, things like that happen and while it isn't intentional, Its going to happen. We seem to piss eachother off easily, and perhaps thats the way it will always be simply because thats the way we are. Time to accept that.
"Moving Plans"
Looks like i'll be moving sooner than i thought perhaps. Maybe slightly outside of the city (Jersey City), Not sure yet. If I do move outside of NYC it will be very close by. THAT IS A MUST. There's a little war behind this moving thing, but maybe its for the better. Who knows...One way to find out.
"Random Bits Of Information"
-Splotch will be visiting soon..About two weeks from now? In any case im pretty excited about that. Fun times will ensue. I'll probably end up meeting organic as well. I'll definately have to prepare the "Jesus Room" XD. Actually November will be pretty busy. I'll be having a few more vistors as well. Looking forward to that as well.
-Saw the movie The Departed last saturday. Awesome movie. Hands down the best movie of the year. The ending blew a bit, but its still a must see in my book.
-I'm startnig a movie collection. As of now I only have eight titles. If any of you arent too lazy, list me a few movies on your must see list. No less than 5 and no more than ten.
-Bought a Balisong. Despite its despicable uses, It does promote dexterity with both hands and fingers. Needless to say I havent grasped how to complete some of the techniques yet. I guess its something to keep myself busy with.
