Rockin' night! Me, Nick N., Nick K., and Ryan all went to the show last night! It was awesome. We met up with Garrett and Maria there so that was cool too. SOme really shitted bands opened, but then My Friend Ehab came on and blew them out of the water. They're fucking awesome now!!! But, yeah, that was cool. After MFE... I believe it was... the band with the little kid drummer (don't know their name). They weren't very good. Oh well. Then it was Designed By You. They did good. Its a wonder how they got so good within a period of 2 or 3 months. After them, it was 9miles2go (I think). They did pretty good. I'm not all that nuts about the music (kinda pop punk), but it was all good. After them, it was Based On a True Story.... holy shit they were amazing!! They blew me away! Then it was Silence the Wake and they were fucking awesome too! Alucard ended it, but I only got to see one song. It was sweet though.
When we were there, Nick and I talked to Brenda and she hooked us up with a show with the CHIODOS BROS.!!! I'm so excited!! I think that'll definitely get us some needed exposure! Its on February 14th at the Skating Center. So, if you and your lover want a romantic night full of indie and melodic hardcore, come out to the show!!
Hmmm... what else... oh yes! Seeing the guy from Silence the Wake inspired me to change my hair... so I think I'm gonna make it look coool like his, because I'm uber tired of mine.
You can kinda figure out what its like. Except last night it had the look of being very slightly grown out on the sides and back, which was cool. But, yeah, thats the only cool hairdue I've seen that I think would look alright on me.
Anyway, what a sweet night!
