Yesterday was Father's Day, I didn't exactly celebrated it as I'm not in touch with my father and my father in law doesn't live here. My husband called him while I was busy with something else, and when I told him to say hello for me, he had already hung up. The funny thing about the day is that we went out for lunch (as every Sunday), and at the restaurant the where giving out cakes as a Father's Day treat, it was random, and my husband got one!!! We must have been the only ones without kids or fathers and we got one. Then we bought some ice cream, and so Sabrina is stuffing herself with cake and ice cream since yesterday. Oh yes, I'm such a pig.

I can't remember if I already posted it, but I'm currently reading "La carta esférica" by Arturo Pérez-Reverte and also began The Spiderwick Chronicles (don't know if this is the exact translation).

I must go to my church meeting.
