ok, Sunday's deal
Exercise: Ran a different route then Sat. but still wound up being 2 hrs...though I wound up walking about 1/2hr of that...I know, I'm a wimp.
Breakfast: water, 3 soft batch chocolate chip cookies (I know I know, bad bad bad)
---med soy chi
---small orange juice
lunch: tuna on mixed greens with dried cranberries and zesty french dressing, and a piece of bread with lemon spread, water
---green tea
---red eye coffee (coffee with 2 espresso shots)
---a piece of bread
dinner: PB&J sandwich, forgot what I drank
ok today is busy day. must go, more late
