This is fun, i gotta admit, i think i found another OC, Hana a new recurrited Death Eater...does that make sense, i mean cant there be more Death Eaters, or all DE's we have read in the books are just the only amount of DE there is?

I'd say it's not outside the realm of possibility for there to be more Death Eaters than those that we are aware of. People often forget that a lot of the Harry Potter universe is shaped by random people that Rowling has not featured as characters. Any universe is.
