It's going to be a very busy September
I need to be asleep. Tomorrow, when I wake up after too few hours of rest, I'll get on a plane and start a 2 week adventure that will take me to Russia and China!
(Last call for anyone who wants to meet up in Hong Kong or Beijing?)
I'm going to with my cousin. It's going to be an adventure, I have no doubt. We're going to be in 4 different cities across two continents! We're apparently going to meet a cousin of ours, which I just found out about yesterday!
It's been very busy and hectic preparing for this trip and I've started multiple Dreamwidth entries and never had the time to finish them.
After I get back I'll have about 48 hours to rest (well, "rest" most likely, because...) after that I'll be appearing at our largest local SFF con, and doing a writing workshop with a well established author on the first day, and then a panel and a lecture/talk about fanvids on the second day and then attending various events on the third day. I'll get to MEET ANN LECKIE which I'm very excited about!!! I love her books a lot and it'll be amazing to actually talk to her.
A poem of mine was published recently. I'm very fond of it.
This is kind of a mess on an entry, isn't it?
The thing is, I miss you guys. And I'm sorry this short post is all I have time for, before airplanes and cons swallow up the rest of my September.
I love all of you a lot and miss having you in my life.
