I've looked on the Houston based 911 website and apparently they don't accept text messages (yet) but who cares?! I'll bet if someone see's you whip out your camera phone (you don't even have to know how to use it) they'll run like hell. Can't have pictures of you wanking in public showing up on Teh Intarwebs! MWA HA HA!

Why does it matter? Whats more, why did you feel the need to ask? Does it make a difference to the fact that the video is funny and in it's own way somewhat informative? I don't understand what prompted this response.
