XS ThunderCat drawings
Me and
silvarbelleare working on a story that combines XS and ThunderCats.
Oh yeah.
The actual story will take place a few hundred years after the reign of Lion-O. So it's more like XS set in the ThunderCat universe.
It will feature Chack, Mooka, AND ClayB.
Also, solar space trees, sentient bioships, smartsuits, neural interference weapons, and wardrugs.
If those sound familiar, they are. I was *heavily* influenced by
's graphic novel 'Run from the Future' for the setting. I picture the solar tree a bit different, though, as well as the bioships. His look . . . . I don't know, not organic enough of the outside and too organic on the inside, if that makes any sense.
The character designs are actually proving pretty difficult to meld. Probably because . . . y'know they never should have been in the first place.
I've managed to do colored drawings for ClayB.
The first of my XS ThunderCat character designs.
Clay could *only* be a Sabertooth with his size and bulk. I'm sure he's a very nice, mild, gentle Sabertooth, but a Sabertooth nonetheless.
Also, it's been decided by me and
have decided that Thunderans show skin . . . a lot of skin . . . . much with the showing skin . . . . to advertise thier suitability for mating. That's the only reason I can think of the Lion-O and Panthro dressed like male strippers. XD
Even with this little number, keep in mind that Clay's a bit shy XD.
Second in my XS ThunderCat character designs, here's JB as a station medic. Since the Solar Tree Station as we've written it is a multi-species center, I wanted her to be idenitified as medical personnel as thoroughly as possible.
Hence, she wears red crosses, red crescents, red crystals and the caduceous from good old Earth, but also has 'doctor' written on her sleeves in Klingon, Kryptonian, and Alienese (Futurerama).
I'm not 100% happy with her two-toned hair, but she *is* a Puma and Puma's have two-toned hair. It's ThunderCat canon.
