I wonder what he will do, when the last believer has dropped dead
I saw Secret Machines a few days ago. They are one of my favorite bands ever. Their new album is so AMAZING which made me even more excited. I saw Josh outside and said hello. He went inside and backstage. I also was talking to the guy that does merchendise for them. I then went to the bar which had the hockey game on and was watching my sexyboy's game. (By the way my Sexy Boy scored). The opening band TK Webb & The Visions went on at about 8:20. During most of their set I was watching the game. I went down by the stage area between periods. They were just a rock n roll band. I wish that they were a bit more upbeat and faster sounding. I wnet down to watch Secret Machines set up. I saw that Brandon noticed me and smiled at me. He must remember the other 6 times that I saw them. Phil was setting up his guitars and Josh was setting up the drums. I went back to the bar to watch the rest of the game before the Machines came on. Once Secret Machines came on the game wasn't quite over yet.

They were so good. I absolutely love the LOUD WALL OF SOUND!!!!!! towards the end of First Wave Intact. I am disappointed that they didn't play Last Believer, Drop Dead which is my favorite song from the new album. I was also hoping that they'd do more older songs such as You Are Chains, The Road Leads Where it's Lead, Daddy's in the Doldrums and What Used to be French but I don't know how well Phil really knows those songs. Afterwards Brandon and Josh came out to hang with fans and sign autographs. I was talking to Brandon and Josh afterwards about things. I don't really like to go into detail. Brandon was so funny when he signed my poster. I told him my name when I think he had remembered but I told him again and he wrote "Don't Quiz Me!" on my poster. I got my picture taken with Brandon and Josh and I got hugs from both of them. They are so nice. Brandon told me they'd be back next year so I will see them again then.
I may be going to CMJ on Friday to see School of Seven Bells & The Phenomenal Handclap Band
My favorite song right now that is NOT by Secret Machines is Prince of Peace by SCHOOL OF SEVEN BELLS!
