My God if I plan on losing any weight I'm going to have to stop fucking around and eating junk. Yesterday was a horrible day and I paid for it on the scale this morning. I don't really want to fast because it messes up your metabolism and you gain the weight back after you come off the fast. So I've decided to do the 2,4,6,8 diet. 200 cals today, 400 tomorrow, 600 the next and then 800 the next. Repeat.
Today's menu includes a can of green beans and a can of beef broth. Lots of water and coffee.
I got some good exercise in today. I walked/jogged for close to 45 minutes.
