So, definitely the bronchitis/sinusitis is getting better. Am now on my fourth (almost fifth) day of penicillin. Yeah moldy bread that makes bad bacteria go away! I guess it is strep, since that's what
butch_lebeau thinks she had, and she doesn't have all the other symptoms to confuse the issue...
Got a call from the doc to get more orders... but unfortunately didn't get the message until after they closed, so have to wait until Tuesday to get them, and also have to wait until Tuesday to get insurance for the van. So I'm homebound, unless
pngwen feels like going somewhere... Luckily, he and
wodentoad do plan to go to
majorkusanagi1's tonight for dropping the ball goodness, so I'll get to go along, too.
So, I think I'm gonna write today, as I've finished KOD, and also a David Gemmel novel I didn't have before. Can't go to the bookstore to trade the "wrong book" I bought before Xmas until the car is insured, so I'm kinda stuck at home, so I don't really have an excuse not to write, eh? I am reading faster now, I guess because I keep pushing myself to do it and the practice is making for better speed. It is somewhat relieving, as I was beginning to think it was going to be a permanent thing...
Am definitely feeling better -- have a headache, but the symptoms are finally going. Daelin is at his grandparents' this weekend, so I won't probably see him again until Wednesday (every other week I keep him for mom, who gets "grown-up time"), and then not again until Jan 10.
cicerotully should be in sometime around then or so, (I'm not exactly sure of the schedule), so it will be good to have some "family time."
Not much of an update, but then, not much has happened lately, and other conversations in other places have kept me busy. Much goodness with discussions about family history, how Vikings are trained to think and family "rules," and remembrances of things both good and bad. Sigh~ This LJ thing has in so many ways made the much needed healing in my family so much easier. I have only one sister left to get on here (and maybe some of my neices and nephews) and then we'll all be connected. Yes, much goodness.
