Yeah, so I've opened a slight can of worms with the Meridies Heralds... Big surprise there? Nope.
Mainly, this one deals with anyone using a group's arms. The picture person A did is different than what person B described. The picture changes the wreath from a laurel wreath to a wreath of lightning bolts (embattled-looking).. Person B said anyone can use a group's arms.
