Panopters beware

The Deep Ellum Arts Festival is going on this week and Main Street is blocked off which means those wishing to make it to Excuses Cafe for Panopt will likely have to walk a bit. Any ideas, suggestions? I wanted to go but if folks are not willing to brave the mess ( or a walk in cute but hobbly high heels) I am open to other suggestions.

I'm pretty sure that we're going regardless. I know there are other ways around the area.

Well it's not so much getting to the club itself as finding parking which was kinda rough the last time I Went down there for the festival. The walk isn't bad in regular shoes but in heels? Not so much.

Just depends if the free lot for the club which is directly across the street is full up or not. I may suggest that Lynette take along a pair of sneakers for hiking just in case.

Well apparently Main is blocked off from Good Latimer to Hall (I tried to drive down there earlier and that's how I remembered the festival) which includes the Cafe so it looks like that will be inaccessible to cars. I am not however sure if this well be a busy night for the Festival or not since I went on a Saturday afternoon the last time I went.
