Pera o Angpao
My uncle hosted a treat for some of us during the reunion earlier at my auntie's house (mother's side).. it was very funny.. he called it "Pera o Angpao".. Some of my other aunties and uncles also prepared some raffle prizes during the party. I had a fun time.
After the get together with my mom's family, we proceeded to my ninang's place at Sta. Mesa. I've heard a long time ago that she was diagnosed with cancer. I dunno what stage it is, but I know it's already quite severe. I've always thought this ninang of mine was one kind lady. I really wish she'll live longer and that she wouldn't suffer too much from the sickness.
When we got back home, I invited my mom to go to SM Megamall and walk around. My auntie gave me a gift certificate of their new clothing line business "Red Hot Chili Jeans" which had a store at SM Megamall A. I bought 4 blouses. I thought the clothes were reasonably priced despite the fact that it looks like a high-end shop. I also bought shoes.. c/o my mom.. (I didn't bring any cash.. she told me she'll pay for it..)
Now I'm back home. I just drank 1 bottle of chocolate-flavored Vodka Mudshake. I thought it tasted like Magnolia chocolate. It didn't feel like it had any alcoholic content to it.XD
