Interesting
Major spoilers for anyone who plays Half Life 2 and hasn't finished the second episode. If this applies to you, do not read on!
So I downloaded and played the second episode for Half Life 2. I love all of these games, and will probably play them a lot for a long time. And the game play was great for the second episode. Since I've only played it once, I'll probably play it again later on today after I wake up.
But anyhow, at the end, one of my favorite characters dies. A really REALLY horrible death. And it's soooo sad. And now I'm depressed because of this. I'm afraid to go to sleep, because I know I'll have nightmares. It's a very interesting turn of events for me, because I've never had a game make me this depressed. But I feel like I really connected with the characters. I mean, I played the first one, then Half Life 2, then Half Life 2 Episode One, and now Episode 2. All within a span of a few days, almost a week. Kinda weird huh?
Anyhow, hopefully I'll talk to some people about this and cheer up.
