Wellesley Financial Services has managed to:
1) send back part one of my financial aid request form with a letter saying it needed part two (which was in the mail at the time)
2) receive part two and tell me it was missing part one
3) not acknowledge part one when I sent it back
4) not inform me that there was going to be a $8000 increase in tuition this year, and
5) CASH AND THEN LOSE THE CHECK FOR $4000 WE SENT
6) slap me with a $40 late fee because they haven't gotten the $4000 that THEY LOST.

Why do I even check my FirstClass email anymore? Argh.

Edit:

To Whom It May Concern:

A check for $3,927.50 was sent to the Cashier's Office almost two weeks ago. It was a Bank of America check, number (####), from my parents' joint account. My name and account number were written near the memo line. The check was cashed July 31st and so I do not know why I am still flagged as owing money. Could you please check through your records to make sure there has not been a mistake?

Thank you for your inquiry. Our records do not indicate that a check was received. Your current outstanding balance is $3,517.50. If you have any further questions, please contact the Controller's Office.

HOW DO YOU CASH A CHECK WITHOUT RECEIVING IT?! ARGH!
