From the WoW Board
Let me ask you something, is an online game really all that important? So important that you would post in the boards complaining about the fact that you can't get in and play? So important that you'd demand a free day of gameplay because you couldn't play all day? Really? If so, here's a news flash:
IT'S A FUCKING GAME! Blizzard doesn't have to do jackshit in terms of compensation for not being able to play for a day. Hell, it's even in the terms of service that you need to agree to to just play the game. In the ToS is that you are not guarranteed 24/7/365 access to the game. So you're going to moan and whine and bitch about losing a single day of gametime. Why don't you actually use that day? HUH!? I would have loved to be playing WoW today, but my realm was down until 4PM EST and is just now looking at being part of a restart along with my whole battlegroup. And yet you don't see a trace of me complaining that I can't play WoW. Instead, I spent that time doing something else.
Yeah, I know, it's real fucking hard thinking of something else to do for some online gamers. Myself, I spent my day cleaning up my flat. But I guess cleaning things up is yet another thing that's an alien concept to some WoW players and gamers as a whole. Don't get me wrong, I know some that are OC-motherfucking-D about cleanliness.
The point that I'm trying to make is that instead of bitching about not being able to play a FUCKING game, go and do something else. If you spend the day bitching about it then the day truly is wasted and you deserve nothing anyway. But knowing you and Blizzard, you will get a free day. Grats, your bitching has gotten you $0.50. That's right, 50 cents. Hope you childish whining cunts enjoy that 50 cents, because in the end it, like you, are useless.
