Well, been crazy busy with school and work and musical and everything. I'm really surprised at how far I've come to conquering my stage fright...
...but then again I've only been singing to an empty auditorium, too. I dunno how I'll feel when I'm actually performing for other people besides my cast mates.
On a different note, I decided to try and transfer to KState for my fall semester. I know, I know, this is kind of a last minute decision, but hopefully I haven't missed the deadlines yet. I got the ball rolling a few days ago when by looking for a job. I wanted to find a job that wasn't food service or clerk oriented, nor a desk job, because I need more mental stimulation than that, plus I needed a job that would let me work evening hours as well as weekends, leaving my week days open for class. Purely by accident I stumbled upon a help wanted ad for a gym online, looking for an instructor. And the best part? Its an instructor position for a pole dancing class at a gym! Woohoo! So, I emailed the lady and told her I was interested and attached a resume. She love it, and she's willing to wait for me to get there in the fall. How awesome is that? It seems very fortuitous if you ask me. The only catch is I need to whip my doughy ass back into shape so I can do my more advanced moves again. Right now my hands are still too weak to get a good enough grip. Blah.
But anyhow, that's the 'in a walnut shell' version of my life as of yet.
Oh, and just for giggles, I found this:

I wasn't too wowed by the video, but I did get a chuckle out of "Christ, who has the time to do this sort of shit?" but we all have our hobbies, right?
