Vlog Experiment: Marv

Mar 14, 2009 21:27

Well Marv came home today. Its been an... experience. Some good, some bad, but, all in all, awesome. And, I'm happy to report, I'm the only one who had any blood drawn. After I got Marv bathed and dried off, I treated him to some peanut butter (full of vitamins, protiens, and oils he needs to rebuild his muscles and coat!) and it kept him busy for a little while. We're still working on sitting on command, but he's catching on super fast. He's already learned he gets yelled at for jumping ON people, so now he simply stands on his hind legs without putting his paws on people. He's too clever for his own good.

After peanut buttery goodness, he couldn't figure out the couch concept, to I lifted him onto my couch and curled up with him and a blanket, and he went "Ohhh myyy gooood I'm in heaaaven!" and promptly konked out. I don't think he's slept that good in months, maybe ever. He slept in my lap for a few hours, and when my mom came home we traded shifts (Marv can't be left alone yet, he needs constant supervision) and I went to find some dinner and upload these unbelievably cute and sad vidoes.

Yes, I know my house looks like country packrats and white trash. And no, I don't really care. As soon as I move my parents out, I'm setting it on fire. >:D WITH all the crap inside! Mwahaha!
