Every Harlot by Angel. Luke/Han, Luke/Leia, mentions of Qui-Gon/Shmi. NC-17. Long (20000 words), dark, good AU. Very complicated, but if you can get over the initial wtf, more than worth the read.
Firefly
Complications by Nicole Clevenger. Mal/Zoe. Hard R. "She isn't always just in his nightmares." Very sexy.
Smallville
At the Fifteenth Annual Evil Mastermind Convention by Basingstoke. Lex/Scott Evil. NC-17. Austin Powers crossover. I don't have a summary for this one. You should just read it.
This Principle of Selection by Sita. Lex/Lana. NC-17. Sita's summary: "Lex, reeling as his secret love for Lana is exposed, visits her bedside while she sleeps, to the tune of Cicero's Treatise on Pain and Pleasure playing in his head."
Anubis, Conducting the Dead to Judgement by Sage. Clark/Lex, Lex/Lana. R. I think I like this fic because it casts a much harsher light on the characters than most Smallville fic. The ending is great, too.
Asking Nicely by dianehc. Chloe/Mxyzptlk, NC-17. Look in the comments for this one. So delicious. I love this pairing so much. It's so very wrong, and this fic is done so very well.
Harry Potter
These Precious Things by Lissanne. Ginny/Ron, NC-17 [RS]. This is one of the most realistic portrayals of incest I've ever read. It's what made me like Ginny/Ron in the first place.
Ungodly Affections by msscribe. Ginny/Ron, NC-17 [RS]. No, I don't know why I like this pairing so much. Deal.
Desideratum by Keiko. Tom/Myrtle, NC-17 [RS]. A wonderful alternate history. Very believable.
Yes, Virginia, There Is An Orgasm by Nancy. Ginny/Tom, NC-17 [RS]. Tom teaches Ginny about sex. Very funny, and light, for this pairing.
Come Shots by Katemonkey. Hermione/Cho, Hr/Fleur, Hr/Ginny, Hr/Parvati, NC-17 [RS]. A series of short PWP ficlets. Very hot. Somewhere, there is fanart for each of them which is also outstanding, but I've lost the link.
Dangerous Escapism by SilentG. Snape/Hermione/Fleur, NC-17 [RS]. Somewhat squicky if you don't like BDSM. The plot, such that it is, sort of sucks, but still hot.
Agentes et Patientes by BonnieViva. Hermione/Snape, Hr/Twins, Hr/Draco, Hr/OMC, Snape/OFC, NC-17 [RS]. Heavy BDSM. The premise is very strange, but it ends up being very hot and very sweet at the end. One of my absolute favorites.
A Young Lady's Sensibilities by Jezzie. Hermione/Snape, Hermione/OFC, NC-17. Squicky, but awesome. This is a theme.

Elizabeth Scripturient. Firefly, BtVS/AtS, and other random things. Make sure to check out the Remus Lupin/River Tam fic, which works way better than it should, and the Simon/River pieces.
Bastet. Kaylee/Inara, Chloe/Lana, Pansy/Ginny, Daria/Jane, and Rosencrantz/Guildenstern? What more could a girl ask for? How 'bout a bunch more fandoms? Make sure to check out her expansive rec list as well.
MonteLukast. [RS] All Hermione/Snape, all NC-17, all great (if sometimes squicky).
Seeker. [RS] Snape/everybody. Make doubly sure to read Little Wonder, a surprise crossover that just makes me happy.
Mad Maudlin. [RS] Ron/Zacharias Smith = very yes.
The Harry Potter Rareslash Archive. There is some really terrific stuff here- Harry/Voldemort, Pansy/Penelope, even Snape/Snape. Sadly, it's not updated anymore, but it's worth a read through.
