What's up, people?
Well, I've been working on the house all day. Homework and removing branches and logs from the tree that fell in our back yard. I couldn't lift 3 of them because they were too heavy and twice the size of my upper torso. I didn't wanna give myself a herniated disc, so I stopped after lifting about 5 of the heaviest I could lift. Since then, I've been doing homework and practicing my drums like a biotch, 'vuz I have fantastic news (for me)...
2005 DRUM OFF! COMPETITION HASN'T BEEN CANCELED THIS YEAR!! WOOT WOOT WOOT!!!
I'm spazzing for joy, considering last year it was canceled b/c of Hurricane Ivan. Thank you God for sparing my big chance to prove for once that rhythm and I are ONE!...(go Sabian!...especially the AA's, AAX's, Hand Hammered, and Signature Paragons!).
Also, I had so much fun volunteering with Katie and helping Mr. Ken up at the Red Cross. Walking into that place was like deja vu just smacked me in 'ze face. Is was fun, though. I helped answer phones, take Katrina Disaster Aid forms, and helped to actually learn to use a copier without any fuss. Anywhoses, Mr. Ken really appreciated the help, and I'm glad that I could be of service to him...and/or anybody for that matter!
Anywhoses, I gotta go to Mr. Kalifeh's (a friend of my dad's...) to watch the Alabama football game...Katie's been invited to come along, but I dunno what Nrs. Taren will say, so I'm hopin'...
Anywhoses, I can't wait to get back to school...mainly to see everybody, but to also attack my work so much that Algebra 2 grade should gradually rise...I'm now serious with this class, and I'm not making another C in a Math class...NEVER!!...EVER!!
Also, having difficulty trying to find which Avenged Sevenfold song(s) is(are) best to download. Need an opinion, please.
