I thought I might wanna revise sooner or later.
Well...Hurricane Katrina was a biotch...literally! We got a marginal amount of fence damage to our house. Lindsey had to come hoe from Baton Rouge because of how people are coming from the newly-destroyed New Orleans (no offense to cajuns everywhere...^_^). Since then, everybody has been going crazy, looting in order to survive and vandalizing and raping outta anger frustration. So, Lindsey nabbed his girlfriend's car and came home, which I'm happy he's ok and in one piece.
Theh hurricane has also put a dinger on the school year, too. What was the date?...um...September 12, at the earliest is probably when we'll get back. That really sucks 'cuz I don't hafta make up the days and eventually get outta school in JUNE. On the good side, some of my assignments and projects, I can sleep on for now.

Anywhoses, I'm gonna try to figure out how to delete that last post, b/c I'm embarrassed by it, kinda. I've gotten over things by time. Besides, I have a lot to be thankful for. My family is safe and ok. Our home is. Plus, this storm didn't tear us as a family. It brought us together to help others out. It's bringing out the most of me to help others in the neighborhood and around me. I'm selecting a date to go donate blood sometime in the next few days. Besides, what's the use of just sitting around and just enjoying the luxuries while others continue to suffer?...there's no good to that at all. Maybe those who read this should take this to mind.
I gotsta go. I have things to do around ze house, yo-ness!
